The Role:
- Develops and supports data, reporting, and business-system capabilities for Medical Device Services.
- Combines business intelligence, data modeling, and CRM administration in one role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Power BI models and reports integrating CRM and eLIMS data for financial and operational insights.
- Administer CRM configuration, testing, user access, and documentation.
- Monitor data quality and partner with teams to resolve discrepancies and improve adoption.
