- Design, develop, and maintain D365FO extensions and customizations using X++, as well as supporting .NET-based components and services within the D365 ecosystem.
- Develop and support integrations between D365FO and external systems using APIs, Azure integration services, data entities, and middleware platforms (eESB).
- Work closely with solution architects, technical leads, and functional consultants and business analysts to translate business requirements into robust technical designs and implementations.
- Coordinate Business Development alignment across countries and lead regular huddles.
- Manage CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and ensure data integrity, reporting, and optimization.
- Develop and standardize commercial tools, templates, and client-facing materials.
- Design and implement a comprehensive European marketing strategy.
- Manage digital campaigns, content creation, and performance analytics.
- Support sales teams with marketing materials and event organization.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in microbiology and sterilization services for medical devices.
- Actively prospect, engage, and close new client relationships to drive top-line revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Sales and Key Account Managers to position Eurofins’ microbiology and sterilization services.
- Outside sales of Eurofins E&E, NA testing, inspection, and certification services, managing strategic accounts.
- Requires 5 to 7 years of outsides sales experience in the TIC industry and spending more than 50% of the time outside of the office making sales calls, traveling to clients, etc.
- Work with Sales Manager to define and develop territory to increase new and existing sales managing accounts with 100K+ in revenue per year
