Senior Solution Architect (f/m)

Your Responsibilities:

• Empower the Architects
• Validate and Shape Technical Designs
• Define and Steward System-Wide Architecture

Lead Azure Solution Architecture:

• Guide the organization in designing and building effectively on Azure.
• Define cloud foundations: governance, identity & access, security-by-design, compliance, cost optimization, observability, performance, and reliability.
• Ensure technical choices leverage appropriate Azure services or custom components when justified.

Champion Software Quality and Non-Functional Requirements:

• Define non-functional needs such as performance, scalability, resilience, monitoring, and configuration management.
• Ensure modern SDLC practices are applied, including secure coding, zero-trust principles, threat modeling, regulatory compliance, and reliability engineering (SRE concepts, SLAs, metrics, resilience patterns).

Collaborate and Communicate Effectively:

• Promote a collaborative, respectful, and supportive culture where architecture empowers teams to do their best work.
• Work closely with distributed teams and stakeholders to align technical decisions with business priorities.
• Communicate architecture at multiple levels — from executive summaries to detailed design sessions.
