The Field Service Engineer I – US is responsible for performing scheduled service work on systems within a service area, and some unscheduled work in the service area with the assistance of technical support, as directed. Duties include preventative maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, installations, and de-installations. Must maintain excellent working relations with field/office personnel and management, timely communications, and administrative duties.

As a Field Application Engineer, you will join the team responsible for the Eastern-European market, working with clients and vendors to guide and support their R&D, helping them realize innovative ideas within Lattice Semiconductors' portfolio, preparing & conducting trainings and technical meetings with clients and suppliers.

Provide high-level technical support on Canon’s production level digital imaging products, troubleshooting electro mechanical and connectivity based issues. Provide timely and cost-effective solutions, document field activities, and author technical documentation. Requires travel and the ability to provide 24X7 phone based support.
