Overview/ Job Responsibilities:
- Provides technical guidance and information to meet requirements.
- Responsible for independently designing, modifying, and constructing electronic and electro-mechanical instrumentation.
- Performs installation, test, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting.
Minimum Qualifications:
- AA or 2 Yr. Technical School (2 additional years of experience as sub).
- 5 or more years of Installation experience.
- Must be a US Citizen and be capable of obtaining a SECRET security clearance.
Desired Qualifications:
- Able to use a spectrum analyzer to perform interference and other performance tests on installed equipment.
- Testing using Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR).
- Experience with PM Tactical Radios and/or COMSEC.
