Accountabilities:
- Conduct structured interviews and working sessions to document current organizational structures and design constraints.
- Analyze spans, layers, workforce structures, and reporting relationships to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas.
- Translate business strategy into future-state organizational design principles and deliver recommended options.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and at least seven years of progressive HR, organizational effectiveness, or organizational design experience.
- Direct experience supporting at least three medium- or large-scale organizational redesign initiatives.
- Advanced capability in Lucidchart, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and executive-level presentation communication.
Engagement Details:
- Fully remote six-month consulting assignment with limited travel for key meetings.
- Pay range of $50–$120 per hour depending on relevant experience.
- Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
