New Audience Development - Events (Contract)

About the Role:

• Semafor seeks a Contract Audience Developer for World Economy events.
• This role owns audience strategy, invitations, registration, and on-site readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and curate invitation lists; manage registrations and attendee communications.
• Track RSVPs and capacity; proactively recruit participants to hit targets.
• Coordinate with Editorial, Events, Design, and Partnerships teams.

Ideal Experience & Skills:

• Experienced in audience development or event marketing for business events.
• Proficient in CRM, registration platforms, spreadsheets, and content tools.
• Strong copywriting and organizational skills; comfortable taking ownership.
