Triage, investigate, and resolve complex customer issues with Chainguard Images.
Escalate to Engineering when necessary and communicate proactively to keep customers informed and SLAs met.
Document issues, create Knowledge Base articles, and participate in the on-call rotation.

What we're looking for:

5+ years supporting enterprise customers and 3+ years with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Strong communication skills and experience with CI/CD, GitHub, Helm, Terraform, and cloud platforms like AWS.
A curious, startup-minded problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
