What you'll do:

• Design and implement scalable customer success programs for onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
• Automate customer touch points through lifecycle emails, in-app guidance, and resource libraries.
• Build one-to-many engagement via webinars, office hours, community, and knowledge base.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years in customer-facing roles like Customer Success, TAM, Sales, or Support.
• Experience with scaled or digital success models using automation and data insights.
• Strong operational mindset and ability to design workflows and playbooks.
