The Customer Outcomes Platform Architect is an advisory role, responsible for helping our customers establish a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that drive business outcomes. This entails establishing and supporting best practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations and the overall health of the platform. This is a highly consultative role that does not perform configuration on the platform, but guides both partner and customer resources to achieve their goals through leading practices.

Enterprise Architect is responsible for development and optimization of IT architecture on Enterprise level. S/he carries out analysis and evaluation of customer and technical requirements, develops implementation concepts and helds accountability for implementation. Enterprise Architect designs a comprehensive vision and co-create strategy taking into account high level business requirements.

Analyzing technology architecture gaps and translating them into opportunities. Defining processes for compliance, vitality, exceptions, communications, and change management. Establishing architecture principles to guide technology decisions. Designing governance for both business and IT needs. Identifying and defining business expectations and requirements. You will collaborate with other teams to address critical technical challenges, provide guidance and educate engineers on the best practices, while understanding technology developments.
