• Curate and grow a vetted network of affiliates, creators, influencers, and strategic partners.
• Drive rapid partner activation, with a focus on getting partners live within days, not weeks.

• Design and build scalable full-stack features using an API-driven architecture.
• Develop and maintain distributed systems with a focus on availability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership to plan and deliver high-impact projects.

As Senior Engineering Lead, you will own the technical execution and scalability of the platform while remaining deeply hands-on. Integrate AI deeply into both the product and engineering workflows, and ensure the platform can scale reliably as usage grows. Lead a small team of senior engineers, set technical standards, and ship production code daily.
