Accountabilities:
- Design, build, test, and support integrations across Workday, UKG, and third-party systems.
- Build and modify Workday → UKG integrations using Boomi.
- Serve as UKG System Administrator, configuring pay rules, work rules, and pay codes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience with Workday HCM (Supply Chain or Finance focus).
- 5+ years integration/middleware development experience.
- Hands-on Boomi experience (setup and modification of integrations).
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting integration and configuration issues; ensure data integrity.
- Managing tickets, change requests, and CAB documentation.
- Collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors.
