Senior Manager, HR Business Applications

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary technical lead on Workday HCM/Payroll/Benefits implementation.
• Lead design decisions such as position management
• Functionally advise on core integration design for external recruiting, global payroll

Qualifications:

• 8+ years experience with Workday HCM and/or similar HRIS technologies
• Strong understanding of core HCM, compensation, and bonus modules such as learning, recruiting, time, absence, payroll
• People management experience preferred
