Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support across multiple Epic modules, including complex design and configuration.
- Assist with project management tasks such as planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Mentor team members and ensure quality standards through testing and validation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, Epic product development, or enterprise software delivery.
- 5+ years of Epic experience with deep understanding of configurations and workflows.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
