Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing IT staff by recruiting, training, and assigning projects, while monitoring performance and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Overseeing budgets, resource allocation, and operational plans, and communicating status to department leadership.
  • Reviewing and implementing advances in technology and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; recent Beaker CP course completion and certification preferred.
  • Experience with Beaker CP implementation and clinical pathology lab workflows is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Epic Inpatient Orders, Ambulatory, and Optime build concepts.
