The Citrix Virtualization Engineer supports and maintains Emory Healthcare’s large scale enterprise and cloud environment of virtual application and desktop infrastructure. The Systems Engineer III - Citrix ensures the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of infrastructure systems supporting core organizational functions, completing routine assignments and project tasks. This role provides operational support for authentication, monitoring, messaging, and collaboration systems, as well as servers, storage, and data protection systems. The role will utilize expertise in Citrix/VDI infrastructure and ancillary components.
The UC Engineering Consultant’s primary role will be to provide architectural and infrastructure support to the management and infrastructure team, focusing on Unified Communications System platforms. The position is responsible for the design, selection, implementation, integration, management, user experience and retirement of Collaboration and Communication technology. The position works closely with the IT team and business partners to deliver consistently excellent user and technology experiences.
