About the Role:
- Own product outcomes for MISO and IESO, from identifying opportunities to realizing business value.
- Act as the connective tissue between customer needs, energy market complexity, and the teams that build and operate the systems.
Key Collaborations:
- Partner with market leaders to prioritize initiatives that drive the most impact on business objectives.
- Align with engineering managers and tech leads on requirements and day-to-day execution of ongoing workstreams.
Qualifications & Approach:
- Minimum 2-3 years of product management experience, with the ability to read market rules and reason through complex logic.
- Strong technical acumen and exceptional communication skills to engage deeply with engineers and stakeholders.
- Self-starter capable of managing multiple workstreams and turning data into actionable decisions.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual base salary of $140k-$150k with 10% bonus paid semi-annually and equity.
