About the Role:
- Shape the strategy, roadmap, and execution for compliance products within Motive’s Fleet Management portfolio.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn regulatory requirements and customer needs into high-quality products.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and evolve product strategy and roadmap for compliance products in alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Partner with engineering and design to build intuitive compliance experiences that reduce operational risk.
- Use data and product metrics to inform prioritization, evaluate impact, and improve the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of delivering commercially successful software products.
- Experience building compliance products or working on regulated products is a plus.
- Strong customer empathy, data-driven approach, and clear communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.
