About the role:
- Senior Product Managers own complex problem spaces and deliver high-impact software for criminal justice reform.
- This role is remote-flexible with offices in NYC and Oakland, with 10-25% travel to prisons and parole offices.
Core responsibilities:
- Lead strategy and execution for agency partnerships and flagship product lines.
- Conduct user research, map workflows, and test hypotheses in scrappy ways.
- Define metrics and communicate impact across audiences.
