About the Role:
- You're the connective tissue between engineering, data, clinical operations, and payer partners.
- You'll drive every launch from payer file to renewal.
What You'll Do:
- Run launch plans, set timelines, and track dependencies across teams.
- Translate contracts into technical requirements and build success dashboards.
- Create playbooks to make each launch faster and more reliable.
Who You Are:
- 4+ years owning cross-functional projects.
- You bring structure to ambiguity and explain data to any audience.
- You're passionate about improving maternal and infant health.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary $180k-$210k plus equity.
