Senior Product Manager

Role Overview:

• Lead the product vision for Handbooks, Compliance Learning, and Multi-State Compliance across direct and partner channels.
• Define success metrics, prioritize backlog, and own launch and adoption for a newly formed Workforce Compliance product team.

What You'll Own:

• Handbook intake, policy assembly, multi-state editing, approval, versioning, and portability.
• Mandated compliance training assignments and proof of completion, plus jurisdiction management and onboarding.
• The post-approval loop: distribution, acknowledgment tracking, and human-reviewed handoffs to payroll and HRIS.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience, with 3+ years owning a product end to end.
• Skilled in continuous discovery, clear written decision docs, and working with subject-matter experts.
• Comfortable shaping AI-assisted experiences and managing tradeoffs across multiple audiences.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Anticipated pay range: $130,000 – $160,000 annually USD, plus bonus eligibility and US employee benefits.
