Senior Director, Product (Employer of Record)

Accountabilities:

• Own the overall product vision, strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for the Employer of Record offering.
• Translate localized employment regulations into scalable, automated workflows that reduce manual effort and operational dependency.
• Balance investment across new capabilities, regulatory requirements, technical debt, and operational improvements.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including 5-7 years leading and developing Product Managers.
• Experience in operationally or legally complex B2B, FinTech, HR technology, payroll, compliance, or EOR environments.
• Practical experience using AI to transform product development and strong stakeholder management skills.
