About the role:
- You will own the payroll calculation and reporting layer, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- You will improve how payroll issues are surfaced and resolved, reducing escalations.
- You will build and maintain a country-specific payroll and compliance knowledge base.
What you bring:
- 4+ years in product with B2B SaaS or HR-tech/fintech experience.
- Strong product fundamentals and excellent stakeholder management.
- Experience with platform-level products involving data models and integrations.
