Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of payroll specialists to deliver accurate and timely payroll across multiple countries.
• Own end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring compliance, process improvement, and vendor management.
• Support global payroll implementations for new country launches and vendor transitions.
