Manager, Payroll Operations

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support the Payroll Operations team with clear guidance and removal of blockers.
• Own end-to-end payroll for the region, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
• Plan and implement scalable payroll strategies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in regional or global payroll operations with knowledge across multiple countries.
• Proven experience implementing payroll in multiple jurisdictions and managing third-party providers.
• Strong understanding of country-specific payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
