Payroll Specialist Lead - Belgium

What you bring:

• Solid knowledge of payroll best practices, local compliance, and proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.

• Experience with Belgium payroll, in-house processing, customer-facing roles, and fluent English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process both Global Payroll and EOR payrolls, ensuring accurate and compliant calculations, filings, and reports.
• Update payroll records, manage Zendesk tickets, and act as main point of contact for payroll inquiries.
• Build vendor relationships, improve processes, and ensure full data integrity across all systems.
