Accountabilities:
- Lead the complete payroll implementation lifecycle for clients in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Act as subject matter expert for local payroll legislation and compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, software providers, and internal teams throughout projects.
Requirements:
- Several years of hands-on payroll implementation experience covering both Netherlands and Belgium.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch and Belgian payroll legislation and AFAS software.
- Proven project management and stakeholder communication skills.
