Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end payroll implementation projects for the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Act as subject matter expert for local payroll legislation and Employer of Record services.
- Manage the full implementation lifecycle from configuration to operational handover.
Requirements:
- Several years of hands-on payroll experience covering both Netherlands and Belgium.
- Proven experience leading payroll implementation projects end-to-end.
- Strong expertise with Dutch payroll software (AFAS) and familiarity with EasyPay for Belgium.
