Service Delivery:
- Own operational and governance relationship with external payroll providers, including service scope and contractual commitments.
- Manage payroll service performance through SLAs, KPIs, governance meetings, and root-cause analysis.
- Act as escalation and stakeholder contact for HR, Finance, ICT, and vendors across Europe.
Transformation and Improvement:
- Support payroll transformation, new country onboarding, acquisitions, migrations, and automation.
- Drive continuous service improvement and change initiatives.
- Ensure service readiness and disaster recovery planning.
Compliance and Controls:
- Maintain strong payroll governance, audit readiness, and compliance-risk oversight.
- Develop operating procedures and knowledge transfer documentation.
- Oversee service continuity and incident management.
