The Senior Share Plans Manager is responsible for managing and administering Monzo’s share plans, such as share options and other equity-based incentives, overseeing operational aspects, managing third-party administrators, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will support the Head of Share Plans with project management on strategic projects and develop communication campaigns to increase awareness of equity programs.
