Strategic Leadership:
- Define and drive the global product compliance strategy for payroll across multiple jurisdictions.
- Establish governance models and compliance-by-design frameworks for consistency.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Product Compliance and Payroll Strategy specialists.
- Oversee regulatory intelligence processes and implement legislative changes.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to align roadmap decisions.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in global payroll, tax, or labor compliance across 3+ countries.
- Proven track record of translating regulatory requirements into product specifications.
- Experience leading high-performing teams in compliance or similar functions.
