Payroll Analyst, EMEA

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full payroll cycle for assigned countries, from preparing inputs to final review.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Support payroll-related payments, reconciliations, and month-end journal activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of payroll experience across the EMEA region.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail for data validation and reporting.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian, with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation:

• Annual salary starting from 7,230,000 HUF, with compensation based on experience and qualifications.
• Benefit offering is country-specific; this role includes a remote setup from Hungary with occasional office visits.
