Sr. Payroll & Billing Specialist

About the Position:

• Manage day-to-day payroll operations across EMEA region while streamlining global processes.
• Handle multi-country compliance, accurate client billing, and cross-functional data reconciliation.
• Serve as a key escalation point, mentoring junior team members and resolving inquiries.

What You'll Do:

• Manage multi-country payrolls for Spain, Italy, Germany including regular and off-cycle approvals.
• Work with Payroll, HR, Operations, and Finance to collect and review payroll data inputs.
• Generate bills to clients using cost reports and ensure accurate and timely invoice processing.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of payroll experience across multiple countries, specifically Spain.
• Experience with third-party platforms such as ADP, Workday, and Ceridian.
• Excellent command of English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
