Senior Product Manager, Catalyst

Role Overview:

• Lead Catalyst's product incubator, turning ambiguous problems into sellable products within 12-week cycles.
• Operate with high autonomy and ownership, making key product decisions and driving outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product end-to-end, from brief to go-to-market, and maintain product discipline through pivots.
• Drive early go-to-market by partnering with design partners and sales, and representing the product to senior stakeholders.
• Run the pod daily, converting discovery into shipped scope, and ensuring demos meet the minimum sellable product bar.

Team and Culture:

• Collaborate with AI-native engineers and product managers in small pods, supported by domain experts and customers.
• Contribute to Catalyst's playbooks and norms to scale the incubator without adding hierarchy.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that values learning, ownership, and low ego.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management or equivalent, with proven ownership of complex B2B software outcomes.
• Fluency with generative AI and large language models, and excitement about AI-native product development.
• Strong process discipline and ability to learn unfamiliar domains quickly (HR, legal, risk, compliance).
• Excellent written communication and the ability to balance commercial instincts with product craft.
