Medical Director-Health System Partnerships

Role Overview:

• You will report directly to the Chief Medical Officer and join the Medical Leadership Team as a senior clinical leader.
• You'll oversee clinical operations for an AI-enabled virtual care platform delivering integrated primary, behavioral, and acute care.

Responsibilities:

• Become an expert in the AI-based care delivery model and use data-driven approaches to provide quality care efficiently.
• Lead partnership clinics from development to launch, managing clinic operations and practicing clinicians.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clinical needs and business strategies are met, sharing updates with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Must be Board Certified in Family Medicine with 2-3 years of post-residency experience and EPIC experience.
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages in a remote setting and willing to work clinically 25-50% of the time.
• Leadership experience preferred, with a preference for NYC-based candidates and occasional travel up to 30%.
