Role Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Monthly 1:1 check-ins with Nurse Practitioner.
- Review of medical records as required.
- Compliance with clinical guidelines and telemedicine protocols.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree in Oklahoma.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in Oklahoma.
- 5 years of clinical experience.
