Privacy Program Operations:
- Manage Virta's privacy compliance program, including policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Conduct privacy impact assessments and maintain RoPA, data inventories, and data flow maps.
Customer and Partner Privacy Support:
- Act as primary contact for privacy inquiries from customers and partners.
- Draft responses to privacy questionnaires, RFPs, and support DPAs and BAAs.
Project Management and Coordination:
- Drive compliance initiatives from planning through execution across Legal, Security, and Commercial teams.
- Develop privacy training and build metrics and dashboards for leadership.
