Compliance Analyst

Role Overview:

• Hands-on operational seat owning KYC/KYB reviews, sanctions alert disposition, and transaction monitoring investigations.
• Prepare UARs and bank partner reporting to examination-ready standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Enhanced Due Diligence for high-risk customers and manage law enforcement requests.
• Track compliance metrics and support audit and exam requests with organized documentation.

• 2+ years of BSA/AML compliance experience in fintech or payments.
