Overview:
- Lynker is seeking an experienced Director of Programs to lead a portfolio of technical and operational programs.
- This role oversees program execution, testing and evaluation, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight for assigned programs, projects, and related activities.
- Coordinate objectives, schedules, resources, and deliverables across teams.
- Lead testing and evaluation planning, data collection, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with demonstrated program management expertise.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
