Position Overview:
- Provide technical, analytical, and lifecycle support to the Maritime Electronic Warfare Systems Division for critical U.S. Navy Electromagnetic Warfare, Decoy, and SEWIP systems.
- Support cradle-to-grave activities including engineering, logistics, test and evaluation, sustainment, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define program structure, objectives, and priorities; develop and direct short- and long-range program plans.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and technical milestones; monitor performance and address issues.
- Coordinate resources and integration across sub-programs and teams to meet agency requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 15 years of experience required.
- Active Secret clearance required.
