Responsibilities:

  • Serve as LMI's senior leader and accountable portfolio owner for Naval Special Warfare programs.
  • Own customer satisfaction, mission outcomes, and portfolio growth across the NSW portfolio.
  • Develop and execute integrated portfolio strategy, synchronizing program managers and technical leads.

Qualifications:

  • Active Top-Secret security clearance and bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Fifteen or more years of experience leading complex DoD programs, with ten years supporting Special Operations Forces.
  • Proven ability to lead geographically distributed, cross-functional teams.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in cybersecurity, engineering, or business administration.
  • Experience with rapid acquisition pathways and strategic technology partnerships.
  • Project Management Professional or related certification.
