Program Oversight:
- Provide contract-level oversight across all project workstreams and the full period of performance.
- Oversee schedule, budget, and risk posture at the program level, escalating issues to government leadership as appropriate.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Serve as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer and ensure IDIQ contract compliance.
- Coordinate with DOI OCIO, FWS, NOAA Fisheries, OMB, and CEQ at the executive level to maintain multi-agency alignment.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience managing multi-agency, multi-stakeholder federal technology programs.
- Experience with federal IT governance frameworks including FITARA, FedRAMP, and FISMA.
- Certification in program management such as PMP or similar.
