Senior Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate agile delivery across a complex federal data integration program, managing sprint cadence, removing blockers, and ensuring seamless coordination with cross-agency stakeholders.
• Lead workstream management across all project phases, ensuring technical dependencies are identified, sequenced, and resolved.
• Provide technical oversight of the production migration runbook and cutover execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience, or equivalent combination.
• Must have U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead, with Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification.
