Program Manager – Project Lead

Position Overview:

• The Program Manager serves as the overall project lead, providing leadership, direction, and oversight for all aspects of contract execution.
• This role manages project performance, staffing, quality, risk, schedule, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring program activities align with contract requirements.
• Working with government stakeholders and teams, the Program Manager provides strategic guidance for healthcare transformation, digital health, AI, and innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight for contract execution, managing resources, scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Serve as primary point of contact for government clients, fostering collaboration and communication.
• Lead project planning, performance management, risk mitigation, and Agile delivery practices across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; eight or more years of federal program management experience.
• Experience with Federal Government agencies (VA, DoD, DHA, HHS) and managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to present executive-level briefings and drive outcomes.
