- Drive performance through probabilistic models and data-driven decision frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of high-ownership operational leadership in complex, fast-moving or regulated environments.
- Advanced data fluency with comfort building quantitative models and evaluating experiments.
- Proven ability to map, optimize, and scale cross-functional processes that drive core business metrics.
