About the Role:
- This role is the central operations integration leader for Global Study Operations, connecting strategy to execution across departments.
- You will partner with senior leaders to surface decisions, remove blockers, and drive cross-functional programs from concept to implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align priorities, owners, timelines, and handoffs across functions to ensure key initiatives move forward without gaps.
- Design operating rhythms, playbooks, and accountability structures; define KPIs and dashboards to track success.
- Prepare executive-ready materials and facilitate governance meetings to drive follow-through.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years in strategy, operations, program management, or healthcare consulting with success leading complex initiatives.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, process mapping, analytics, and fluency with Microsoft and BI tools.
- Experience in clinical research, public health, or global health operations is strongly preferred.
