Director of EAP Operations (Expanded Access Programs and Site Management)

The Opportunity:

• High-impact leadership role at the heart of global Expanded Access Programs delivery.
• Own the end-to-end operational delivery, integrating Program Management and Site Management into a scalable model.
• Core member of the Operations Leadership Team reporting directly to the COO.

What You'll Do:

• Own the operating model for EAP Program and Site Management, ensuring compliant and scalable delivery.
• Translate strategy into capacity planning, org design, and hiring priorities.
• Lead teams to ensure strong site engagement, workload balance, and service performance.

What You Bring:

• 8–10+ years leading and managing expanded access programs.
• Strong commercial mindset with deep understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams with operational excellence.

What Success Looks Like:

• Full grip on the EAP portfolio and delivery realities within the first six months.
• Clear ownership, workflows, and escalation paths across Program and Site Management.
• Implemented KPI rhythm and delivered on patient and revenue ramp-up expectations.
