The Leave of Absence & Accommodations Business Partner will successfully execute operational processes, drive continuous improvement and ensure regulatory adherence, while providing exceptional employee experience. The primary responsibility is to guide and support employees, managers, and stakeholders through the entire leave lifecycle, including initiating leave, ensuring accurate coordination, determining eligibility, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and policies.

The Benefits Specialist administers health, welfare, and leave of absence programs for an assigned region, supporting employees with enrollment, answering benefits-related questions, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of benefit transactions. This role partners with internal stakeholders to deliver positive employee experiences and ensure compliance.
