Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders (HR Business Partners, managers, Payroll, and Legal teams) to manage and resolve complex ADA Accommodations, requiring influence without authority. The role demands advanced caseload management, expert responses to inquiries, and driving continuous improvement projects using automation for scaling processes in high-growth environments.
Candidates should possess expertise in managing leave activities, designing equitable leave and accommodations programs supporting diverse populations, and adapting to evolving business needs. Excellent judgment, discretion, communication, and relationship-building skills are crucial. A background of 5+ years in centralized leaves and accommodations management, along with experience in leave tracking HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and leave vendor management platforms (Absence Soft), is required.
