Senior Revenue Operations Manager

Salesforce Reporting:

• Own Salesforce reporting and dashboard strategy to support GTM leadership.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards that connect Salesforce and downstream systems.
• Ensure reporting accuracy through strong data modeling and governance practices.

GTM Systems & Integrations:

• Manage and maintain connections across the GTM tech stack.
• Monitor system health, data syncs, and integration reliability; proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Partner with internal system owners and external vendors to troubleshoot integration failures.

Automation & Workflow Optimization:

• Build and optimize Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and automation to streamline GTM workflows.
• Maintain and enhance HubSpot workflows supporting lead routing, lifecycle progression, and marketing handoffs.
• Reduce manual work while preserving data quality and operational clarity.
